Kelowna, ideally situated in the center of the world famous Okanagan Valley, is 600km (360 miles) from Calgary, Alberta, 395 km (237 miles) from Vancouver, British Columbia and 135 km (80 miles) from the United States border at Osoyoos, British Columbia. With more than 2000 hours of sunshine a year, the Okanagan Valley has one of the mildest climates in Canada and is one of the best vacation destinations in British Columbia. Guest House: Newly renovated and furnished 1100 sq. feet, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow. Character abounds this 60 year old home with established landscaping.

Reservations: Our rates can be seen here. Reservations are accepted by phone with a deposit on Master Card or Visa. Individual reservations only. Sorry no group reservations. Our cancellation policy is 7 full days notice with 50% of deposit refunded. Some restrictions apply to specific site reservations, one day reservations and reservations during holiday weekends and from July 26 to August 15.

Off-Season Rates: During the low season we offer special rates as well as monthly and weekly rates. Please call for more information regarding reservations and deposits as well as monthly and low-season rates. The restrooms and the laundry room are open and heated. The pool closes mid-September and the spa closes in mid-October.

Monthly RV Sites: For March, April, May, June, and September, RV sites are available by the month.  The rate ranges from $575-$705 depending on the amenities required. Sites include power, water, sewer, and cable.  If 30 amp power is required, campers are hooked up to a power meter and pay monthly.  Also, we do not allow monthly tenting.

Long Term RV Sites: Available for 4-6 month reservations starting no later than April 15th.  Rates range from $480-$655 depending on length of camping commitment.  After May 1^st, available sites are $935 per month on a first come first serve basis.  In addition to the monthly camping fees, power is metered and is payable on the first of the month.

The restrooms and laundry facilities remain open. All sites have cable TV and Telus phone hook-ups (must be arranged through Telus).
