feet, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow. Character abounds in this 60
year old home with established landscaping. |

- 1 queen, 1 bunk with double on bottom, 2 twin, one double
sofa bed
- Bedding, linens, pool, bath and kitchen towels provided.
Weekly linen change and yard maintenance. No house-keeping
- Stove/Oven, refrigerator, microwave, small appliances
- Kitchen equipped for 6 to 8
- Air conditioning
- Cable TV (2 rooms), DVD and sound system
- Private computer with internet connection
- Local area phone
- BBQ on deck
- All amenities at Hiawatha RV Park (pool, spa, laundry, games
room, small store, playground)

- $1500 per week + GST
- 8 guests (maximum 4 adults)
- May, June, September - $1000/wk
- October to April - $1500/monthly, 2 persons (utilities
incl.) - no linen
- Check in 3PM - Checkout 11AM

Guest House Layout:
- Bedroom #1 - Queen bed
- Bedroom #2 - Bunk bed (double bottom, single top)
- Bedroom #3 - 2 Twin beds
- Family room - Queen hide-a-bed. Also in the family room is
the computer with internet access and second TV

Balance 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellation: 50% of deposit is
refunded if full 30 days notice is given prior to arrival date
